Do to the high demand for these courses, we would like to apologize in advance if the course is full and you do not have the opportunity to attend.  Our classes are limited to 40 students.  We offer classes to host agencies, and we utilize waiting list for scheduled courses. If your department would like to host a course, simply send us a note.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy
In an effort to keep tuition cost at a minimum for our students, we ask that you remember each course is offered with materials provided to the student. These materials are ordered in advance for individual students (upon registration) to insure the most up to date information is distributed during the course. Course materials from one class cannot necessarily be used in following classes.
Any refund requests prior to 10 DAYS of course start date will be subject to a [$50.00] fee. No refunds will be issued after the 5th day prior to course start date. No contact, no show students will be billed at full cost of registration fee. You may transfer an Officers registration to another Law Enforcement Officer at no cost prior to start date by contacting TRUTH SERVICES KANSAS. Students required to withdraw from the course due to emergency situations (requiring Law Enforcement presence) will be given consideration by TRUTH SERVICES KANSAS on a case by case basis. There is no admittance after the first day of class. Class cancelations due to Truth Services Kansas will be refunded in full.
